Setting up MS Personal Web Server
Install Microsoft PWS per instructions
Specify a folder for serving web pages - I used Webshare as the folder for my web items. (C:\Webshare in DOS-speak)
I'm going from bad memory at this point (sorry) - I believe that the software also creates Wwwroot and Ftproot subfolders within Webshare by default. If not, I did it manually.
