Installation of a Radio Shack outdoor FM antenna

I couldn't muster the courage to work on our steep roof, so I hired a local chimney sweep company to mount the antenna. Here are the parts awaiting them.
Visible are the brackets, mast sections (one 10' and one 3' for above the rotator), rotator, antenna, # 6 bare copper ground wire, and coax cabling plus other odds and ends.
The installers charged $300 for three hours of work, which included cleaning the gutters that I couldn't reach on the house.
